The display is going together nicely, I will be 100% LED lights this year as of November 2nd I am ahead of schedule, and I have changed the light show quite a bit for this year

As of November 9th, weather isn't bad lower 50's for temps, I still feel I'm ahead of schedule, This is going to be almost a whole new display

November 11th, I got the RGB display all installed and working nicely, we had good weather and I was working outside without a jacket

11-23-14, took advantage of this great day to work outside 63°, I worked 11 hours today alone...I am 95% done, but it started raining, The light show doesn't start until Thursday Night, and I had a car pull up to ask if it was on.....nice. I added more pictures to the Christmas 2014 Setup, here is a 1 minute test video
